The process of integrating a new aircraft into an operator’s fleet is typically a complex and time-consuming endeavor. It often involves extensive coordination between various departments, comprehensive safety and compliance checks, crew training, and thorough documentation procedures that can span over several weeks or even months. This is due to the need to comply with European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) standards, alongside the customization and setup required to meet specific operational needs.
However, the Avcon Jet team defied conventional timelines by completing the entire operator changeover for the aircraft within a single day. By the next day, the jet was chartered for its first commercial flight the following day, flying from Nice, France to New York, USA.
The aircraft then completed a second charter rotation shortly after, flying from New York back to Europe. These successive flights not only highlight the aircraft’s performance and reliability but also Avcon Jet’s ability to promptly meet and exceed client needs across continents.
