Your Tasks
- As Flight Ops Auditor you play a crucial role within the Safety and Compliance team, collaborating closely with the Safety and Compliance Managers and the Flight Operations department, ensuring the highest standards of safety across our operations.
- You will audit stated internal processes and procedures, including upholding the Compliance Monitoring System and actively participating in Safety Management initiatives.
- You will support the creation, and reliable implementation of new processes e.g. using Salesforce
- You will support monitoring of the implementation and effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions through the follow-up process.
- Promoting corporate culture in regard to safety and compliance and regarding to the relationship to customers, clients and crews
Your Profile
- Knowledge and experience in Compliance Monitoring in Aviation
- Aviation Auditor Training Course (Basis and Recurrent); Quality Auditor Training
- Problem solving skills and a high degree of independence and self-initiative
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- University entrance qualification or secondary school certificate with completed professional education
- Good IT user skills (Microsoft) and preferably experience in using Salesforce
- Excellent English language skills in reading and writing.
- Team-orientation, flexibility, and ability to work under stress.
- Preferably you would have CPL or ATPL, former or current type rating on one of our aircrafts or a strong interest in aviation.

The annual gross salary is EUR 42.000. Overpayment is possible, depending on your qualification and experience.
